Terms of service

TERMS OF SERVICE

Last updated: 9 September 2026

Welcome to Koupbeery.

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of Koupbeery.store (the “Website”) and any purchase of products made through the Website.

Please read these Terms carefully before using our Website or placing an order.

By accessing the Website or placing an order with us, you agree to be bound by these Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy and Return & Refund Policy.

Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer under applicable United Kingdom law.

1. ABOUT US

The Website is operated under the trading name:

Koupbeery

Website: Koupbeery.store

Email: costumer@Koupbeery.store

You should complete the applicable business information above before publishing these Terms.

2. CONTACTING US

If you have any questions regarding these Terms, your order or our products, please contact us at:

costumer@Koupbeery.store

When contacting us regarding an existing order, please include your order number where possible.

3. ELIGIBILITY TO PURCHASE

To place an order through Koupbeery.store, you must:

  • be legally capable of entering into a binding contract;

  • provide accurate and complete information;

  • provide a valid payment method that you are authorised to use; and

  • provide a valid delivery address that we are able to service.

If you are under 18, you should only use the Website with the involvement of a parent or legal guardian where required by applicable law.

4. CONSUMER RIGHTS

If you purchase products primarily for personal use rather than for your trade, business, craft or profession, you are generally considered a consumer.

Consumers in the United Kingdom benefit from statutory protections including those arising under applicable legislation such as:

  • the Consumer Rights Act 2015;

  • the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013; and

  • the Digital Markets, Competition and Consumers Act 2024.

Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or limits rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or restricted.

5. USE OF THE WEBSITE

You may use the Website for lawful personal shopping and browsing purposes.

You must not use the Website:

  • for unlawful or fraudulent purposes;

  • to attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems;

  • to interfere with the Website's security or operation;

  • to distribute malware, viruses or harmful code;

  • to collect information about other users without lawful authority;

  • to impersonate another person;

  • to provide deliberately false information;

  • to place fraudulent orders;

  • to infringe intellectual property rights; or

  • in any way that could damage Koupbeery, our customers or third parties.

We may take reasonable action where we reasonably believe the Website is being misused.

6. PRODUCT INFORMATION

We aim to describe and display our products accurately.

Product pages may include information concerning:

  • materials;

  • colours;

  • measurements;

  • sizes;

  • fit;

  • features;

  • care instructions; and

  • other relevant characteristics.

We take reasonable care to ensure that product descriptions are accurate and not misleading.

However, colours may appear slightly different depending on your device, display settings, lighting and photography.

This does not affect your statutory rights where a product is materially different from its description.

7. PRODUCT AVAILABILITY

All products are subject to availability.

Adding an item to your basket does not reserve the item.

If an item becomes unavailable after you place an order, we will contact you where appropriate.

If we cannot supply a product for which payment has already been taken, we will provide an appropriate refund.

8. PRICES

Prices displayed on Koupbeery.store are shown in pounds sterling (£ GBP) unless otherwise stated.

The total price payable will be displayed before you submit your order.

Prices will include applicable taxes where legally required.

Any applicable delivery charges will be disclosed before you complete your purchase.

We will not deliberately conceal mandatory charges or add optional charges without the customer's consent.

9. PRICING ERRORS

We take reasonable care to ensure that prices are accurate.

However, genuine errors may occasionally occur.

If there is an obvious and genuine pricing error that a reasonable customer would have recognised as a mistake, we may contact you before accepting or fulfilling the order.

Where appropriate, you will have the opportunity to purchase the product at the correct price or cancel the order.

If we cancel an order after payment has been collected, the amount paid will be refunded.

This clause does not permit us to change an agreed price arbitrarily after a valid contract has been formed.

10. PROMOTIONS AND DISCOUNTS

From time to time, Koupbeery may offer:

  • promotional discounts;

  • promotional codes;

  • multi-buy offers;

  • free gifts;

  • seasonal offers; or

  • other promotions.

Each promotion may be subject to specific terms clearly communicated with the offer.

Unless otherwise stated, promotional codes:

  • cannot be exchanged for cash;

  • may be limited to specified products;

  • may have an expiry date;

  • may not be combined with other promotions; and

  • may be limited to one use per customer or order where clearly stated.

Promotional conditions do not affect statutory consumer rights.

11. PLACING AN ORDER

Before submitting your order, you will have an opportunity to review your basket and correct errors.

You are responsible for checking that:

  • the products are correct;

  • quantities are correct;

  • your delivery address is correct;

  • your contact information is correct; and

  • your chosen payment information is correct.

When you submit an order, you are making an offer to purchase the products contained in that order.

12. ORDER CONFIRMATION

After you place an order, we will normally send an electronic acknowledgement or confirmation to the email address supplied during checkout.

An acknowledgement that we have received your order does not necessarily mean that we have accepted it.

Where appropriate, the contract between you and Koupbeery will be formed when we confirm acceptance of your order or otherwise begin fulfilling the order in circumstances indicating acceptance.

You should retain your order confirmation for your records.

13. WHEN WE MAY REFUSE AN ORDER

We may reasonably refuse or cancel an order where, for example:

  • a product is unavailable;

  • payment cannot be authorised;

  • we reasonably suspect fraud or unauthorised use;

  • the customer does not meet applicable eligibility requirements;

  • there is an obvious pricing or product listing error;

  • delivery to the supplied address is not possible;

  • purchasing limits disclosed in advance have been exceeded; or

  • fulfilling the order would breach applicable law.

We will not refuse orders for discriminatory or otherwise unlawful reasons.

If we cancel an order after collecting payment, we will provide an appropriate refund.

14. PAYMENT

Payment methods available to you will be displayed during checkout.

By submitting payment details, you confirm that:

  • the details provided are accurate;

  • you are authorised to use the selected payment method; and

  • sufficient funds or credit are available to complete the transaction.

Payment processing may be performed by third-party payment service providers.

Koupbeery does not guarantee that every payment method will always be available.

15. PAYMENT SECURITY

We aim to use reasonable technical and organisational safeguards in connection with transactions conducted through our Website.

Payment information may be processed directly by third-party payment providers according to their own security and privacy practices.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any account credentials associated with your payment provider.

16. DELIVERY

We will deliver products according to the delivery options made available during checkout and our Shipping Policy.

Before you place an order, applicable delivery information will be displayed or made available, including relevant:

  • delivery methods;

  • charges;

  • estimated delivery periods; and

  • delivery restrictions.

Delivery estimates are estimates unless expressly agreed otherwise.

Your statutory rights regarding delivery remain unaffected.

17. DELIVERY ADDRESS

You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address.

If you discover an error after placing an order, contact us as soon as possible at:

costumer@Koupbeery.store

We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order has entered fulfilment or has been dispatched.

This does not affect any obligations that we have under applicable law.

18. DELIVERY DELAYS

Occasionally, delivery may be affected by events outside our reasonable control.

Where a significant delay occurs, we will deal with the situation in accordance with applicable consumer law.

Nothing in these Terms removes any statutory right you may have to cancel an order or obtain a refund where goods are not delivered within a legally required or agreed period.

19. FAILED DELIVERY

If delivery cannot be completed because of incorrect information supplied by you or because nobody is available to accept the parcel where acceptance is required, the carrier may:

  • attempt redelivery;

  • leave the parcel in an authorised safe place;

  • deliver it to a collection point; or

  • return it to the sender,

depending on the carrier and delivery service used.

Any additional charges will only be passed on where legally permitted and reasonably incurred.

20. RISK IN GOODS

For consumer purchases, responsibility for accidental loss or damage to the goods will pass to you in accordance with applicable consumer law.

Where Koupbeery arranges delivery, risk will generally remain with us until you, or another person identified by you to take possession of the goods, receives them, subject to applicable statutory rules.

21. OWNERSHIP OF GOODS

Ownership of goods will normally pass to you once:

  • we have received full payment; and

  • the goods have been delivered,

subject to applicable law.

22. YOUR RIGHT TO CANCEL

For most products purchased online, UK consumers normally have a statutory right to change their mind.

For eligible goods, you generally have 14 days after receiving the goods to inform us that you wish to cancel the contract.

After notifying us, you will generally have a further 14 days to send the goods back.

Certain statutory exceptions may apply.

Full information is available in our Return & Refund Policy.

23. RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Returns, cancellations, refunds and exchanges are governed by our:

Return & Refund Policy

That policy forms part of these Terms.

Nothing in our return conditions restricts any statutory right you may have where a product is:

  • faulty;

  • damaged;

  • not as described;

  • not fit for purpose; or

  • otherwise non-conforming.

24. PRODUCT QUALITY AND CONFORMITY

Goods supplied by Koupbeery must satisfy applicable statutory requirements.

This includes, where applicable, requirements that goods:

  • are of satisfactory quality;

  • are fit for purpose;

  • match their description; and

  • conform to the contract.

Where goods do not conform, statutory remedies may include a refund, repair, replacement or price reduction depending on the circumstances and applicable law.

25. SALE ITEMS

Products sold at a discounted or promotional price retain the statutory rights applicable to full-price products.

A discount does not remove your rights where goods are faulty or otherwise fail to comply with consumer law.

26. GIFT CARDS AND STORE CREDIT

If Koupbeery offers gift cards or store credit, any specific conditions governing them will be communicated before purchase or issue.

Nothing concerning gift cards or store credit will replace a statutory right to receive a monetary refund where the law requires one.

27. FRAUD PREVENTION

We may take reasonable steps to prevent fraud, payment abuse and unauthorised transactions.

This may include verifying:

  • payment information;

  • billing information;

  • delivery information; or

  • other order details.

Where reasonably necessary, an order may be delayed or cancelled while verification takes place.

Any personal information used for fraud prevention will be handled in accordance with applicable data protection law and our Privacy Policy.

28. CUSTOMER ACCOUNTS

If customer accounts are available, you are responsible for:

  • keeping your login credentials confidential;

  • providing accurate account information;

  • updating information where necessary; and

  • notifying us if you reasonably believe your account has been compromised.

You must not use another person's account without permission.

29. ACCOUNT RESTRICTION

We may suspend or restrict access to an account where we reasonably believe this is necessary because of:

  • fraud;

  • security concerns;

  • serious misuse of the Website;

  • unlawful activity; or

  • serious or repeated breaches of these Terms.

We will act reasonably when exercising this right.

Any order or payment already made will continue to be subject to your statutory rights.

30. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

Unless otherwise stated, the Website and its contents are owned by or licensed to Koupbeery.

This may include:

  • trademarks;

  • trade names;

  • logos;

  • product photographs;

  • graphics;

  • text;

  • page designs;

  • videos;

  • artwork; and

  • other Website content.

All applicable intellectual property rights are reserved.

31. LIMITED PERSONAL USE

You may view and use Website content for your own personal, non-commercial shopping purposes.

You may not, without permission:

  • reproduce substantial Website content;

  • commercially distribute Website content;

  • copy our branding;

  • create misleading copies of our Website;

  • scrape the Website for commercial purposes where prohibited by law; or

  • represent yourself as being associated with Koupbeery where no such association exists.

32. CUSTOMER CONTENT

Where the Website permits you to submit reviews, photographs, comments or other content, you must ensure that your content:

  • is truthful;

  • relates to genuine experience where represented as a review;

  • does not infringe third-party rights;

  • is not defamatory or unlawful;

  • does not contain malicious software; and

  • is not deliberately misleading.

We may moderate or remove content where reasonably necessary to comply with law or legitimate platform policies.

33. REVIEWS

We do not permit fake or misleading consumer reviews.

Customers must not knowingly submit a false review or misrepresent their experience.

Where we publish customer reviews, we will take reasonable steps required by applicable law to prevent and remove fake or misleading reviews.

We will not knowingly present paid endorsements as independent consumer opinions.

34. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

Our Website may use services provided by third parties, including:

  • payment providers;

  • delivery companies;

  • analytics providers;

  • hosting services; and

  • other technology providers.

The availability and operation of third-party services may be governed partly by their own terms.

However, the use of a third-party supplier does not remove any legal responsibility Koupbeery has to you.

35. THIRD-PARTY LINKS

The Website may contain links to third-party websites.

A link does not necessarily mean that we endorse or control the third party.

We are not responsible for third-party websites where loss or damage is caused solely by matters outside our control and for which we have no legal responsibility.

This provision does not exclude liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

36. WEBSITE AVAILABILITY

We aim to keep Koupbeery.store accessible and operational.

However, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access at all times.

We may temporarily suspend access where reasonably necessary for:

  • maintenance;

  • security;

  • technical updates;

  • system failures; or

  • events outside our reasonable control.

Where possible, we will try to minimise unnecessary disruption.

37. CHANGES TO THE WEBSITE

We may make reasonable changes to the Website, including changes to:

  • Website design;

  • product ranges;

  • features;

  • technical systems; and

  • content.

Changes to the Website will not retrospectively alter an existing purchase contract in a way that unlawfully disadvantages you.

38. ACCURACY OF WEBSITE INFORMATION

We make reasonable efforts to keep information on the Website accurate and current.

If we discover a material error affecting an order, we will take reasonable steps to correct it and contact affected customers where appropriate.

We will not knowingly use misleading information or omit material information in a manner prohibited by consumer law.

39. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful.

In particular, nothing excludes or limits liability for:

  • death or personal injury caused by negligence where liability cannot legally be excluded;

  • fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation;

  • breach of statutory consumer rights;

  • liability for defective or misdescribed goods where the law prevents exclusion; or

  • any other liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

40. CONSUMER LOSSES

If you are a consumer, Koupbeery is responsible for loss or damage that is a foreseeable result of our breach of contract or failure to use reasonable care and skill, subject to applicable law.

Loss or damage is foreseeable where it was obvious that it might happen or where both parties knew that it might happen when the contract was made.

Nothing in this clause reduces any mandatory consumer remedy.

41. BUSINESS LOSSES

Products offered through Koupbeery are primarily intended for consumer use unless otherwise stated.

Where you purchase products wholly or mainly for business purposes, different rules may apply.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

42. EVENTS OUTSIDE OUR REASONABLE CONTROL

We will not be responsible for a failure or delay caused solely by circumstances genuinely outside our reasonable control where the law allows this.

Such circumstances may include:

  • severe weather;

  • natural disasters;

  • significant transport disruption;

  • strikes affecting third-party networks;

  • widespread communications failures;

  • government restrictions; or

  • other exceptional events.

We will take reasonable steps to minimise the effect of such events.

Your statutory rights, including rights relating to delayed or failed delivery, remain unaffected.

43. PRIVACY

We process personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection law.

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store and protect personal information.

44. COOKIES

Koupbeery.store may use cookies and similar technologies.

Where consent is legally required, non-essential cookies will be used in accordance with applicable consent requirements.

More information should be provided in our Cookie Policy or Privacy Policy.

45. ELECTRONIC COMMUNICATIONS

When you use our Website or contact us electronically, you agree that transactional communications may be provided electronically where legally permitted.

This may include:

  • order confirmations;

  • dispatch notifications;

  • refund confirmations;

  • security notices; and

  • other communications concerning your transaction.

Marketing communications will be handled separately and in accordance with applicable marketing and privacy rules.

46. MARKETING COMMUNICATIONS

Where required by law, promotional emails or similar direct marketing communications will only be sent with an appropriate lawful basis or consent.

You may unsubscribe from marketing communications using the unsubscribe method provided.

Unsubscribing from marketing does not prevent us from sending essential transactional messages relating to an order.

47. COMPLAINTS

If you are dissatisfied with a product or our service, please contact:

costumer@Koupbeery.store

Please include:

  • your name;

  • order number, where applicable;

  • a description of the issue; and

  • any relevant supporting information.

We will aim to handle complaints fairly and reasonably.

48. ALTERNATIVE DISPUTE RESOLUTION

Where an appropriate alternative dispute resolution (“ADR”) service is available, we may provide information about it where required by law.

Unless otherwise required by applicable law or a specific ADR scheme, participation in ADR will be determined according to the circumstances of the dispute.

Nothing in this section restricts your right to pursue remedies through the courts.

49. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms and contracts for purchases made through Koupbeery.store are governed by the laws of England and Wales, subject to any mandatory consumer protections that apply in the part of the United Kingdom in which you live.

If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you continue to benefit from any mandatory protections available to you under applicable local law.

50. COURTS AND DISPUTES

If you are a consumer living in England or Wales, legal proceedings may generally be brought in the courts of England and Wales.

If you are a consumer living in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you may have the right to bring proceedings in the courts applicable to where you live.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to prevent a consumer from bringing proceedings in a court that consumer law entitles them to use.

51. TRANSFER OF OUR RIGHTS

We may transfer our rights or obligations under a contract to another organisation where legally permitted.

Any transfer will not reduce your rights or materially disadvantage you.

Where applicable law requires your consent, we will obtain it.

52. TRANSFER OF YOUR RIGHTS

Your rights under your contract with us belong to you.

You may transfer those rights where applicable law allows.

Nothing in this clause prevents you from exercising statutory rights.

53. NO WAIVER

If we do not immediately enforce a provision of these Terms, this does not necessarily mean that we have waived our right to enforce it later.

Likewise, delay in exercising a legal right does not automatically remove that right.

54. SEVERABILITY

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be treated accordingly without affecting the validity of the remaining provisions, to the extent permitted by law.

55. ENTIRE AGREEMENT

These Terms, together with policies and information expressly incorporated into them, set out the contractual terms governing your purchase from Koupbeery.

Nothing in this clause excludes liability for fraudulent statements or prevents you from relying on statutory rights or legally binding information provided before purchase.

56. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

We may update these Terms from time to time where reasonably necessary, including because of:

  • changes to applicable law;

  • regulatory guidance;

  • changes to our Website;

  • changes to our products;

  • security requirements; or

  • changes to our business operations.

The Terms that apply to an order will normally be those in force when the relevant contract is formed.

We will not retrospectively impose unfair changes on an existing consumer contract.

The current version will be published on Koupbeery.store with its latest update date.

57. FAIRNESS AND TRANSPARENCY

These Terms are intended to be fair and transparent.

Nothing in these Terms should be interpreted as allowing Koupbeery to:

  • remove statutory consumer rights;

  • impose disproportionate cancellation charges;

  • retain payments without lawful justification;

  • change an agreed contract arbitrarily;

  • avoid responsibility where the law makes us responsible; or

  • prevent a customer from seeking lawful redress.

Where a provision conflicts with mandatory consumer protection law, the applicable law will prevail.

58. CONTACT INFORMATION

For questions about these Terms or an order, contact:

Koupbeery

Website: Koupbeery.store

Email: costumer@Koupbeery.store

59. STATUTORY RIGHTS

Nothing in these Terms of Service excludes, restricts or limits any consumer right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded or restricted under United Kingdom law.

Where mandatory law gives you greater protection than these Terms, that law will apply.
